A.e. Blair Co. stands by our apparel. Much research goes into the designs, fabrics, and quality of our garments. Sometimes however, mistakes are made. A.e. Blair Co. will stand by our mistakes, and the mistakes of our vendors. Below is a detailed return policy we have adopted.

Damaged items from shipping, manufacturer, or print gone wrong.
2.
Non-custom item, such as a blank or an A.e. Blair Co. Signature item.
3.
Items with a return number. To be considered, you must obtain a return number through our form below.
1.
Any custom printed item. A.e. Blair Co. has a system in place to ensure all items are agreed upon and satisfaction is met BEFORE it leaves our facitliy.
2.
Items damaged by opening shipping containers (boxes, envelopes, etc) incorrectly.
3.
Items that have been altered or washed in any way.
4.
Items that have been purchased after 30 days are not eligible for returns.
Other Return Items to Consider

If approved, you will receive your refund minus original shipping fees.

If you used a coupon or received a discount, you will be refunded the original amount YOU paid, minus shipping fees.

All returns that do not have an approval number attached with the item will not be accepted. Should you not provide a return shipping address in this scenario, we will assume you are surrendering the item.

If you choose not to use our shipping label, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Only one return authorization will be approved per order.

A.e. Blair Co. does not do exchanges. Should you wish to exchange an item, please request a return authorization below to get the process started.

Inspection of items returned can take 5 to 10 business days.

We are unable to accept returns on underwear or socks, no exception.
